Touch the Grass is a guided outdoor experience combining movement, play, and grounding, designed for women who wanna have fun and get a real dopamine boost. A few hours in the forest to play, decompress, and connect with yourself, the trees, and maybe some new friends.

We'll walk, play, breathe, and pause. You'll leave with 3 simple tools you can use on heavy days, busy days, or any day you need to come back to yourself.

What we'll do
→ A sensory walk through Monsanto forest
→ Play exercises that get you out of your head and into your body
→ A short writing moment. No sharing required.
→ Opening and closing circle
