Women who work remotely, want to try the digital nomad lifestyle, or want to travel solo with a built-in community. Most guests are in their late 20s to 40s, and all women are welcome.
A digital nomad is someone who works remotely while traveling, using a laptop and wifi to work from anywhere in the world. Out of Office gives you a taste of that lifestyle for a week, with a home base and a community already in place.
Not at all. The trips are designed for remote workers, but you’re welcome to come just to travel. They’re also a great fit if you want to try solo travel with a safe home base to come back to, a host who knows the city, and a built-in community of women. Use the week however you like: work, explore, rest, or a mix of all three.
Roma Norte, El Poblado, and Miraflores are among the most popular and walkable neighborhoods in their cities for travelers, remote workers, and expats. As in any big city, use normal precautions: watch your belongings, take registered taxis or rideshares at night, and keep valuables out of sight. Your host will share local safety tips when you arrive.
Each trip is limited to 5–6 women to keep it small and personal.
Yes. Every Out of Office trip is hosted by Liz, the founder of RoamCircle, who stays in the apartment with the group all week. She’s there to welcome you, share local recommendations, plan group outings, and be your go-to person if you need anything. You’ll have the freedom to explore on your own and someone to come back to.
Yes. Each trip has optional group plans, like dinners, rooftop nights, and local experiences, plus add-ons such as the hot air balloon in CDMX, Guatapé in Medellín, or paragliding in Lima. Add-ons are booked and paid separately, so you only pay for what you choose.
That’s encouraged. Everything is optional. Join the group for breakfast, dinners, or outings when you want, and head out solo when you don’t. Your host can share local recommendations for exploring on your own.
Six nights in a spacious apartment, your own bed, daily breakfast, an on-site host, and a curated week of plans and local recommendations.
Flights, airport transfers, lunches and dinners, drinks, optional add-ons and excursions, and travel insurance, which is required.
Yes. Each apartment has space to set up your laptop and reliable wifi, and every neighborhood has plenty of laptop-friendly cafés and coworking spots.
Shared rooms are with one other woman. We’ll do our best to pair you based on schedules and preferences.
Yes. Book separately and let us know, and we’ll put you in the same room.
If we cancel: If RoamCircle cancels a trip for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.
If you cancel: Your deposit is non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a friend at any time. If you cancel before your balance is due, you won’t owe anything further. Once your balance is paid, payments are non-refundable because accommodations are booked in advance. You can still transfer your spot to someone else.
Travel insurance: Travel insurance is required for all trips and is the best way to protect yourself if something unexpected comes up.
We’d love to hear from you. Send us an email at erivas@roamcircle.app and we’ll get back to you soon. We’re also happy to hop on a quick call to tell you all about the experience, answer your questions, and get to know you before you book. 🤍
