Out of Office is a 3-night, 4-day slow-work retreat for women entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives, digital nomads, and remote workers ready to step away from their usual routine and experience a different way of working and living.

What is Out of Office?

Out of Office is a 3-night, 4-day slow-work retreat for women who work from anywhere — entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers, creatives, digital nomads, and remote professionals.

It’s a chance to step outside your normal routine, slow down, work on what matters to you, connect with other ambitious women, and actually have time to rest.

Think less conference, less packed retreat schedule, more space to work, think, connect, and breathe.

Do I have to be an entrepreneur to attend?

No. Out of Office is for women building businesses, careers, creative projects, or location-independent lives.

You might be a founder, freelancer, consultant, creator, digital nomad, or fully remote employee. What matters most is that you’re curious, open to connection, and interested in doing life and work a little differently.

Do I have to work during the retreat?

Absolutely not.

We’ll have dedicated Slow Work Hours for anyone who wants uninterrupted time to focus, but they’re yours to use however you need.

Bring your laptop and work. Journal. Read. Sit by the pool. Take a nap. Have coffee with another guest. The goal isn’t maximum productivity — it’s having the space to decide what deserves your energy.

What does a typical day look like?

Our days are intentionally spacious.

Expect optional yoga and movement, shared meals, dedicated slow-work time, workshops, connection circles, fireside conversations, nature, and plenty of unscheduled time.

We intentionally do not program every hour of your day.

What's not included?

Flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and optional add-on experiences are not included.

Additional experiences may be available to book separately. RoamCircle is also a IATA accredited travel company and we can support with flights, transportationand additional lodging

Are payment plans available?

Yes. You can reserve your place with the $500 deposit and pay the remaining balance before the retreat. Flexible payment options are available.

What's your cancellation policy?

Your $500 deposit confirms your spot and is non-refundable — but it's fully transferable, so if your plans change, you're welcome to pass your spot to someone else at any time, no questions asked.

For the balance:

Cancel 60+ days before the retreat (by Sept 18, 2026) and your balance is fully refundable.
Cancel 30–59 days before (Sept 19–Oct 18, 2026) and 50% of your balance is refundable.
Cancel within 30 days of the retreat, your balance becomes non-refundable — but your spot is still transferable if you know someone who'd love to take it.
